Principal Physiotherapist Brendan Walsh was born and raised in Mackay and has practiced within the Mackay community his entire professional life. Brendan was born and bred in Mackay and since his graduation from James Cook University, he has practiced within the Mackay and surrounding areas. He has significant experience in the management of all musculoskeletal, occupational and sporting injuries.

Brendan was the inaugural Head Physiotherapist for the Mackay and Whitsundays Magpies Crusaders United, National Premier League team. He also has assisted clinically with the Mackay Cutters and Mackay Meteors and Meteorettes.

This experience with sporting teams has Brendan perfectly positioned to manage your rehabilitation and facilitate you to return to your chosen sport/work/goal as soon as possible.

Brendan enjoys treating all forms of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries. His key interest areas include musculoskeletal back/neck pain, shoulder complaints, complex hip and groin pain, vertigo or vestibular conditions and post-operative rehabilitation.

When Brendan isn’t at the clinic, you’ll find him attempting to play soccer or out on the water enjoying the great outdoor lifestyle Mackay offers.
